By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Subscription fee at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.

You have the right to cancel anytime. When canceling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be canceled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at hans@theinvestingtutor.com any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will not receive a refund if you cancel after the billing period; however your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current monthly billing period.

No refunds will be granted except in the instance of a duplicate charge. In this instance, one of the double fee is eligible for a full refund and students must send a written request to hans@theinvestingtutor.com.

In the event that a user initiates a chargeback or dispute of payment for any of our services, courses, or products, the user's access to the course and community will be immediately revoked, regardless of the outcome of the chargeback or dispute. We understand that there may be concerns or issues with our services, and we encourage users to contact our support team to resolve any problems they encounter. Engaging in a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue through our designated channels may result in permanent removal from the course and community. We reserve the right to take appropriate action to protect the integrity of our services and community.
